Heritage & Climate Change – Carbon Literacy Project

November 25, 2024 Published by World Heritage UK

Carbon Literacy ®:

An awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis.

The Carbon Literacy Project initiates and helps deliver Carbon Literacy in a unique and award-winning way: through the certification of people and organisations by their participation in a brilliant day’s-worth of learning about climate change, which the participants themselves help devise.

WHUK was fortunate to participate in this project and thought we would share it with the WH community.
