Charity governance

AGM 2016

The first AGM of World Heritage UK will be held on October 10th 2016, as part of the Annual conference at Caernarfon.  The first formal notice of the AGM, issued on August 11th 2016 is here.

At this first AGM all of the current board have to resign and can nominate themselves again if they wish.  We have capacity for 12 board members and so are seeking others to join the board and help run the organisation.  We need a simple majority of trustees from Voting Member organisations, but also welcome others with the interest, time, skills and experience that they can bring to the table.

If you are intersted, please get in touch with Gill Clarke at gill.clarke@worldheritageuk.org for more details.  Candidates may nominate themselves and should register their interest with Gill by Friday 2nd September 2016.
