New World Heritage role at Historic Environment Scotland

Please welcome to the UK WH community Liam Wiseman.

Liam is the International Development Officer for Historic Environment Scotland. This new role within Historic Environment Scotland (HES) involves delivering the ambitions of the HES international strategy – Partnering Globally – and supporting the coordination of the Scottish World Heritage Sites to provide opportunities for connection, engagement, and collaboration both within Scotland and beyond.

He has a history of delivering engagement projects with World Heritage Sites, and was previously a World Heritage Site coordinator for Stonehenge and Avebury WHS. He is looking to engage with WHS coordinators, partners, stakeholders and anyone that has an interest in developing international connections with Scotland.
